Working in the Commercial Real Estate Industry Since 2008, Polly has Managed and Leased Retail and Office Properties for Private Developers and Worked in the 3rd Party World, via CBRE and JLL, Managing Class A Office and REIT-owned Industrial Properties. From 2018 - 2022, Polly Worked as an Independent Broker, Assisting Clients with Leasing and Investment Sales. She Primarily Worked with Independent Owners and Users During that Time, and, Because She Found the Work So Rewarding, in 2026, Polly Decided to Become a Principal Broker and Open The New Wave.
